Back when we were all kids, without technology, what did we do? We would just draw and doodle, anywhere and everywhere. Colouring in, cutting things out, making a scrapbook too! Let your mind flow away with the power of a pen and paper...
QUIT SOME BAD TECH HABITS
Do you seem to be scrolling on your phone all night and just not switch it off? I found that ever since I switched mine off at a certain time I even slept better. Checking your phone to see if you have notifications constantly, is also one bad habit we are all guilty of!
LIVE IN THE MOMENT
Enjoy yourself whilst you are out doing things with your friends and family, instead of constantly being on your phone and updating your story on Snapchat or Instagram.
PICK UP A DUSTY RECIPIE BOOK AND BAKE SOMETHING
Make time for other hobbies, bake a cake or maybe even some bread! Cooking & baking is so useful & fun. Let your creative juices flow...
DELETE A SOCIAL MEDIA APP FOR A WEEK
Why not try living without one social media application for one week? Just so you detox your mind a little and see if your life felt any different without it for a certain period of time, in a good or bad way.
TAKE ON A READING CHALLENGE
So many people don't read anymore and it's sad really with technology and YouTube taking over. I love reading, whether it's a blog, magazine or book, indulge your mind with some new information, as it really is so important to read and expand your vocabulary!
