Valentine's day is right around the corner now, and whether you have a partner or not, who's to say you can't participate by yourself on this wonderful day as well???
In today's post I will be listing a few things you can do or buy for your loved one on the day, or maybe even for your girl pals, or even just to treat yourself too!
MINI SURPRISE HAMPER
Who doesn't love a little surprise? who's to know what's inside! this mini hamper of small gifts such a nice pen, stickers, or even some stuff just for a laugh can be a great gift idea for anybody. I recently did a giveaway like this and have filled the package with confetti pouring out when the other person opens it, messy but fun!
BOOK A TABLE
Whether its for a drink or two, or maybe even food, this is a go to idea for many people for a date or a girly get together. but who's to say that you can't just go on a date by yourself? having some me time is definitely key, especially if you're a single independent woman who does what she wants!
PLAN A LAST MINUTE GETAWAY
Try and find somewhere quick and easy to get to for the day, or even a night maybe. There are many wonderful places in Yorkshire, ranging from a bit of countryside in the Yorkshire Dales, or even down to the beach if you're feeling risky in this weather. Life's too short to not go on spontaneous adventures, if you're single just grab a few friends and go along, or maybe even just go alone, be a free spirit!
STAY IN & CHILL OUT
If you're not one of those people who are too bothered about valentine's day and would much rather just see it as a normal day then it is just as nice to stay in and order a pizza, just chill out and watch a movie maybe!
Although most of these ideas I have mentioned can be done on a normal day too, I thought I would still write about them anyways, because who doesn't want a good idea, especially a last minute one. With so many people having busy schedules ahead of them, its hard to plan something sometimes, but it doesn't even have to be that special. Its just a normal day but with a hint of extra love I guess.
