I have been going back and re- reading some of my old books lately that were on my bookshelf, especially one's which focus on mental health issues. This one is an amazing read, called 'The Shock Of The Fall' by Nathan Filer. It is based on a a first person experience, showing what it feels like to be suffering from Schizophrenia. This book was a 'Costa Book of the Year' from 2013.

MINDFULLNESS COLOURING BOOK | PHOTO DIARY

Mindfulness colouring used to be really popular last year and the year before, but I think they are still seen around now in quite a lot of stores as well. It is a great way to just relax, de-stress and just take your mind off things for a while. I personally love to listen to some music, switch my phone off and sit in many room alone, as I let my creative side go wild and colour in the different pages. I thought I would do a blogpost / photo diary kind of post, and show some of the pages I have coloured in. You can use as little or as much colour as you like and even leave some area's blank.

I am going to be doing a visual book review, which includes samples of what to expect inside the book (no spoiler alert) and what my thoughts were on the book itself!
