MINDFULLNESS COLOURING BOOK | PHOTO DIARY

Mindfulness colouring used to be really popular last year and the year before, but I think they are still seen around now in quite a lot of stores as well. It is a great way to just relax, de-stress and just take your mind off things for a while. I personally love to listen to some music, switch my phone off and sit in many room alone, as I let my creative side go wild and colour in the different pages. I thought I would do a blogpost / photo diary kind of post, and show some of the pages I have coloured in. You can use as little or as much colour as you like and even leave some area's blank.

Below I have linked a few colouring books which I have my eye on at the moment:

I hope you enjoyed having a look at my colouring book creations. Yes, that is my official name for them now, I don't know yet. So what are you waiting for? Let your imagination and creativity run wild whilst you relax too!

Leave a lovely comment down below. Do you use therapeutic colouring books?  If so, what do you think of them?
