I have recently purchased a few beauty bits and bobs and thought I would make a blogpost out of it. This may be a continuing series on my blog of 'recent purchases'. I don't actually know what to call this yet but I may be changing the title, let me know if you have any other suggestions down below in the comments! Without further do, I will begin with this mini haul...
The first item I purchased is this 'NYX Double Stacked Mascara'. I have always been a huge mascara lover and was intrigued at trying this new sort of invention out that has recently been released. They have a 'Step 2' coat as well which includes fibres that are to enhance the lashes to make them look like you are wearing falsies. I may be doing a review on this soon! This was from the NYX flagship store in Leeds for £14.00.
I also purchased their 'HD Studio Photogenic' concealer which retails for £6.00. I needed a new concealer anyways so decided to try this one out and it has pretty good coverage.
I then popped in to Lush and picked up a few of their 'Tea Tree Toner Tabs'. These are helping to do wonders for my skin, they are like a mini bath bomb but for you face! They are to be used in a hot water bowl whilst your face is filled with the steam, inside your pores and all the essential oils are released. You should also remember to put a towel on your head so it is focused on your facial area more. They are only £1 each and so worth it!
Last but not least, I popped in to Superdrug and saw that they still have a few items left on sale. I needed a new hand cream and was slightly wary about whether to purchase this or not as all the Zoella Calendar and her products being not worth the money stuff kicked off last year, however, I thought I should just try it out and see what I think for myself, and to be honest it was only 99p so I couldn't go wrong! It smells very leafy, although it is supposed to smell like 'Peony & Mint'. I love the packaging too.
That is all for this mini haul guys! I hope you enjoyed seeing what I have been purchasing recently and maybe you might want to purchase some of these yourself.
