Being a makeup addict, it was hard for me to round up my yearly makeup favourites, but in today's post I will be showing you which products I have loved using and reached for the most this year!

NYX STORE OPENING & MINI MAKEUP HAUL

I recently went to the opening of a flagship NYX store at Trinity Leeds. It was a fabulous event so I decided to share some pictures and things I bought with you all! I was running a little late so I missed out on the Youtube Star, also Instagram Influencer Gina Box (ohmygeeee), cutting the ribbon for the official store opening. I loved the whole aesthetic and how everything had been decorated with confetti, balloons and makeup shaped goodies! LOOKING AFTER YOUR MENTAL HEALTH THIS WINTER...

This cold and dark month can seem to feel quite overwhelming for many people who are suffering with any mental health issues on a daily basis. It is very sad to see how much of a common occurrence it has now become, whether you are a teenager, adult or even any other age boundary. In order to manage the way we feel, there are many things which can be done to look after yourself or a loved one.

INSPIRATIONAL WOMEN

We all need a little inspiration to aspire to be like someone, or maybe even get motivated by hearing someone else's story! So, in today's post I will be writing about three women who inspire me!

Firstly, Malala Yousfazai. She is a very strong and amazing woman who fought for her right to education even after being shot. She was deprived of an education in her country and spoke up for herself and many other girl's like her. She inspired me to never let anybody stop you, from doing something and going further in life!

THE WARDROBE EDIT | AUTUMN

In todays post I will be showing you some fashion pieces I have been loving lately. Walking through many high-street store's and just seeing all the rusty orange, yellow and other brown- toned colours have been so aesthetically pleasing. I love knitwear - the feeling of wrapping up warm and being nice and cosy, tucked up like a little burrito baby!

In today's post I will be telling you about a possible drugstore dupe, of the Mac lipstick which is in the shade 'Velvet Teddy'. Mac lipsticks usually retail for £15.50 however, this lipstick from Makeup Revolution is just £3.00! Not only is it cheap, but also cruelty free as well! It would be great for anybody who is a beginner and only just getting in to makeup, but also for anybody that is trying to be budget friendly, and not wanting to spend too much of a fortune on a lipstick.

They come in a variety of different shade's, however as I am a huge lover of nude lip's, I saw that they also had a nudist collection so I decided to purchase the shade called 'Dead Lip's.

In today's post I will be showing you some DIY cheap & easy floral embroidered fashion piece's which I designed myself. There are many different item's of clothing around in the high street stores now, with lots of pretty floral embroidery on them and it looks amazing, however not everybody can afford to buy stuff all the time! So I decided to come up with my own student budget & friendly solution. These can be easily made in to exact dupes of the high street clothing by just using some simple iron on flower patches & plain shirts / shoes!

In todays blogpost I will be reviewing the "Vivid Hot Laquers" By Maybelline. These were recently launched in July and I only just got my hand's on them, so I have decided to write up a few of my thought's on this product! They currently retail for £7.99 in Superdrug & Boots.

The two shade's I purchased were "72- Classic", which is a bright classic red as the name goes by, and "64- Unreal", which is a nice light nude, you can never have enough nude lip colour's huh?

As back to school (college & university too) season is almost upon us I decided to do a brief post on some new stationery bit's I have been collecting recently!

I went in to Primark, Paperchase, Poundworld & The Works. Each of these store's have some amazing piece's of stationery in right now which are great for students who are trying to be budget friendly.

I am a huge lover of anything rose gold or marble so the first thing I picked up was this marble notebook from Primark for only £2.50! I was so shocked as I saw a similar product in Urban Outfitters for almost triple the price!

In today's post I will be writing about my personal photography tips for blogger's and some tricks that I use in making everything look professional, neat and organised!

Many people think that you need a professional camera for photography, however if that is not on your budget you can also use your phone camera too instead as an alternative as long as it is a HD one. When I showed my blog photography to one of my friends he thought it had been done with a Canon EOS or some other sort of digital type of camera and was shocked but I had simply just used my android phone camera and some paper backdrop along with an artificial plant at the side.

In today's post I will be writing about the different fashion trends I have been loving from this season. Whilst walking around many high street stores and window shopping I have explored and seen the different floral designs and pastels that have been lurking around. I then had a brain flash and decided why not make a blog post on the items I have my eye on at the moment, also referred to as a wishlist. I am trying to focus on a few more fashion based posts as I have not done any on them yet so stay tuned and  keep your eyes peeled for more!

The floral trends have really caught my eye this season as I love anything that is linked with plants and flowers due to their aesthetically pleasing vibe. This particular dress from New Look is a unique piece with its mesh underlay and floral embroidery going through the middle and sleeves.
